Valentine's Day!

I'm a little slow on this, but I did want to post a little bit about our Valentine's Day.
First we had a pink breakfast which went over okay with the older kids but Kaylee wasn't having it!

I finally convinced her that she needed to eat before I would give her the Valentine's Day gift. Isn't that so nice of me? Then they each got a little candy gift from me. Then after the older kids went the school the little ones got to go to a party with me. It was a lot of fun! Then they all had dentist appointments! Yeah! How fun!!!! So since we didn't get home from that until almost 7:00 we ordered a heart shaped pizza from Pizza Hut.

As for me and Seth, we are celebrating it another night, which I will have to post then, but he did give me this very LARGE heart shaped box of chocolates!

Apparently he was listening to me the other day when I told him I always thought those were so cool when I was a kid. So it was a pretty busy but fun day!

Look at you getting into holidays and stuff! Good job, Carrie. I love the picture of the kids. I really think Kaylee and Hailey have a lot of similarities.

Oh, and I can't believe how long Kaylee's hair is!

I love that you girls are carrying on the traditions from when you were little. I didn't make anything red or pink to eat, except left over sugar cookies which I took to my classes., I bought the cookies at Smith's.
I love the box of chocolates, but I told Dad to not get me chocolates, trying to cut back but I haven't cut back. We ate chocolate ice cream instead.

How fun. I am impressed to with your holiday spirit. Carl is hoping our kids are like Kaylee and don't like the pink (or colored) foods, he won't have it either. Pary poopers. Can't wait to hear what you and Seth did for Valentine's Day (the edited version :-))

That is pretty cool, Reagan wanted nothing to do with it either, but it wasn't the pink, he just doesn't like waffles, weirdo!
