We are so excited about this latest adventure we've taken on. A few months ago, Seth and I decided to take advantage of the falling real estate market and we purchased a foreclosure on a lake. We just closed on Monday and are already LOVING it! We have a lot of work to do and Seth has already gotten most of the beach in. We are next door to the association's beach so the kids have already spent two days playing and having a ball. Once the beach is in, we will start on the house. Here are some pictures!

how cool is that?! I mean, not the extra load of work part, but WOW what a fun place for memories! i'm still so jealous of your non-desert living---lucky ducks!:)
